Empal Bumbu Taliwang

Putri SaljuBahan – bahan :

Bahan A
500 gr Has Dalam
1 sdt Air Jeruk Nipis
2 sdt Garam
750 ml Air
1 liter Minyak Goreng Filma
Bumbu Halus
5 buah Cabai Merah
5 buah Cabai Rawit
3 cm Kencur
3 siung Bawang Putih
5 butir Bawang Merah
2 sdt Terasi
1 buah Tomat
1 sdt Gula Merah
1 sdt Garam

Cara memasak :

1. Rebus daging, bumbu halus, air jeruk nipis, garam.

2. Setelah daging lunak, potong tipis 1 cm lalu memarkan.

3. Rebus lagi hingga bumbu mengering.

4. Goreng dalam minyak goreng Filma yang panas hingga kecokelatan.
